  1. Find your Foods - Using the search box or the category menu below, find each foodyou have consumed in the past 24 hours.
  2. Add Your Foods - Click the "Add" button to the left of the food description.
  3. View Your Diet - After all of your foods are added, click the "View" button on the right side of your screen.
